EVA protective packaging has a wide range of applications, primarily for packaging electronic products and precision instruments. Mobile phones, tablets, cameras, lenses, headphones, measuring instruments, testing equipment, and various electronic components all require protection from collisions, compression, and friction during transportation and storage. EVA foam can be machined with corresponding grooves and slots according to the product's dimensions to secure the product inside the packaging and reduce movement during transport. Simultaneously, EVA material has a certain degree of elasticity and cushioning capacity, forming a buffer layer between the product and the outer packaging to reduce the impact of drops or collisions. For products with delicate surfaces and high aesthetic requirements, flocked EVA or other soft surface layers can be used to reduce scratches caused by direct friction between the packaging liner and the product surface. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the transportation and storage of high-value, precision products.

EVA protective packaging also has significant application value. For example, power tools, hardware tools, repair tools, automotive testing equipment, industrial measuring instruments, and various specialized equipment can all use EVA liners for categorized storage and protection. Depending on the size and shape of the tools, positioning holes, slots, and placement areas of different sizes can be machined into EVA material, ensuring each tool has a relatively fixed position. This not only prevents tools from colliding during transportation but also allows users to quickly find the necessary tools after opening the packaging, improving organization and retrieval efficiency. For situations where equipment needs to be carried outdoors frequently, EVA liners can also be used in conjunction with toolboxes, aluminum cases, or plastic cases to form complete portable protective packaging suitable for engineering maintenance, equipment installation, outdoor testing, and other scenarios.

Furthermore, EVA protective packaging is widely used in medical devices, automotive parts, photographic equipment, model products, and high-end consumer goods. Medical devices and testing equipment typically have high requirements for transportation safety, necessitating the use of specialized liners to secure the products; photographic equipment such as lenses, cameras, and drones have delicate structures and require reduced vibration and collision during transportation; automotive parts, models, and collectibles prioritize surface protection and effective internal positioning within the packaging. In scenarios requiring reusability, EVA can also be made into specialized storage boxes, instrument case liners, or display packaging, protecting products during transportation, warehousing, display, and daily storage. Due to its lightweight, flexible processing, and good cushioning properties, EVA can be customized to meet the size, weight, and protection requirements of different products, making it widely applicable across various industries.
